What u’ll need…

  • White flour : 2cups
  • Butter : 200gms (unsalted)
  • Eggs : 4
  • Milk : 1½ cups
  • Sugar : 2 cups
  • Baking Powder : 1½ teaspoon
  • Baking Soda : 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder : 5 tablespoon
  • N a pinch of salt… (Dunno wat exactly it does…)

How to get it made…
Beat the softened butter n sugar first… make sure the sugar melts in the butter while mixing it in. Please refrain from TASTING the mixture as its pretty tempting…. Next put in the eggs n mix the batter well. Sieve the white flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder into this mixture n mix well… add milk to this making sure that the mixture doesn’t get neither too loose nor too thick. Adjust the milk quantity accordingly... mix reeeaaally well as this decides the texture n consistency of the cake…
Preheat the oven to bout 180-190*Celsius… scrub a 'lil butter onto the baking tray n sprinkle some white flour to avoid a “base-stuck” cake… Transfer the mixture into the tray and bake for about 30-40 mins… Do keep a watch n make sure tht it doesn get over baked… Leave it in the oven for a while after baking… Then take it out n let it cool at room temperature… THAT’s IT…!!!
Oh, n the main attraction’s the vessel in which u did the mixing… make sure u lick it clean… amazing taste n easier while washing up…
N.B. This was prepared at sis’ place over the last weekend… more to come soon…. Gotta find time to actually sit down n write it down…
