STAR India is launching a new English general entertainment channel (GEC) on September 24, called STAR World Premiere HD.
The channel aims to fulfill the demand of the global English entertainment viewer by bringing the content within 24 hours of its airing in the US. The channel is launching an array of new shows and will also bring the latest seasons of the earlier shows. It will air about three hours of original content every day.
